Summary:

Panel members will focus on this year’s ASHRAE President's theme, Maintain to Sustain: Delivering ASHRAE’s Sustainability Promise

Keith Forsman will provide a perspective of PG&E's incentive programs (i.e. Retro-commissioning and automated benchmarking) and recent adoption by the CPUC of a Long Term Strategic Energy Plan for California.

Jonathan Soper will direct his comments based on a developed and refined approach to sustainable design, based on experience gained in many innovative projects; and plant operations management-trouble shooting, development and execution of Preventive Maintenance Plans, and managing infrastructure improvements.

Dave Attard will discuss application of new and retrofitting of new technology and equipment into existing facilities, specialized maintenance and energy optimization for hydronic systems.

Tom Riley will also add to the discussion the broad knowledge from 28 years of experience in energy efficiency and commissioning.
